The SARA Club is very sorry to annouce the passing of long time SARA Club member, John Boutcher KM4EJE-SK. John was an active member of the SARA Club as well as the Sarasota Digital Group (SDG), and the Sarasota Emergency Radio Club (SERC). He will be missed and always remembered by all of those who knew him.

SARA Club Announcement:

SARA Club now hosts a Digipeater!

The club now has a packet digipeater installed at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. It operates on the frequency of 144.910 mhz. It will connect you to the W8XG-10 Gateway for access to the Winlink system. The equipment for this digpeater was donated to the club by a club member. The callsign for this digipeater is W4IE.
